Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?

All fees are disclosed on each of our sale and purchase agreement. All other fees are either the closing costs from the title company or a title attorney to ensure you get a clear title at closing free of any liens, judgments, encumbrance, etc. 

We’ll be more than happy to put you in contact with either the title company or a title attorney to give you an estimate of any of their closing fees.

Why are your properties so cheap?
How do I know if this is a safe way to purchase property?
